NFU Scotland - Terms & Conditions • NFU Scotland members must have held a valid membership for a minimum period of 3 months to be eligible for the Mitsubishi Affinity Scheme. • Eligible NFU Scotland members may claim one Mitsubishi Affinity Scheme discount per calendar year. • All NFU Scotland discount offers are subject to change at any time. Members are advised to confirm the latest offers directly with their participating Mitsubishi retailer. • The NFU Scotland discount is non-transferable and may only be used by the named member. Vehicle registration details must match the member’s name and registered address. BASC - Terms & Conditions The eligible member must have maintained over 12 months of continuous membership of BASC (British Association of Shooting and Conservation) at the point of placing an order. • The vehicle must be registered in the members name and the members address. The only exception to this is in the case of a vehicle being registered in the name of a business (limited company, sole trader, or Partner), proof must be given that the member is the owner of the business or works as a director at the business. • A maximum of one vehicle per member can be placed within a 12-month period subject to an authorised approval form by BASC. Any additional orders require authorisation from Mitsubishi & BASC and will be consider on a case-by-case basis. • A member must not sell, offer to sell, assign, or otherwise part with possession of the vehicle for a period of 12 months from the date of registration. • In the event that a member attempts to or has resold the vehicle during the 12-month retention period, Mitsubishi reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies to recover its losses (i.e., vehicle discount that was offered to the member) and BASC may choose to remove the members ability to place any future orders through their membership vehicle schemes. • Scheme applies to sales in the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. • Member discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/schemes. • Discount applies to the vehicle only and does not apply to parts, accessories, or servicing. • Cleared funds prior to delivery. • Any member with associated businesses selling motor vehicles is not applicable or entitled to receive vehicle discount through the programme. • A member found to be breaching these terms and conditions may be subject to rule 3, (h) of the Associations constitution. The Council may take such disciplinary action as it considers in accordance with the members disciplinary procedures. • By signing this document, you are agreeing to your personal data being verified by BASC and shared with the fleet department of the vehicle manufacturer.
